The Golf Club At Terra Lago

The Golf Club At Terra Lago has partnered with Century Golf Partners and ESPN to present the ESPN National Golf Challenge. The 36-hole golf club will host the second of two local qualifying events April 18 as well as a national regional qualifying event this fall (the date has not been set). The 2-Person Best Ball competition is designed to find “America's Best 2 Some.” This event will culminate in the national finals in October at the Paiute Resort in Las Vegas. Eagle Falls recently added a fleet of 80 E-Z-GO RXV golf carts with GPS, a cooler stocked with ice and four bottles of water and a ball washer/club cleaner. Eagle Falls was selected as one of Southern California’s best values by in 2009. Through the end of April, play a round Monday through Thursday for $75, or $95 Friday through Sunday.

Shadow Hills recently unveiled its nine-hole par-3 course adjacent to its championship course. Ideal for practicing your short game, the North Course layout is challenging yet player friendly for juniors and seniors. Water comes into play on seven of the nine holes and the desert landscape provides a picturesque setting all year long. The Shadows restaurant is now serving dinner seven nights a week with live entertainment on Mondays from 4:30 to 7 p.m.
