Once FlightScope determines the exact characteristics of a golfer’s shot pattern, Swing Labs can actually identify the perfect club for the golfer.“FlightScope is the most precise tracking system there is, and there isn’t anybody else in Southern California that’s using it in combination with Swing Labs,” said Grissett. What also helps in club selection is K-Vest, a high-tech harness that converts the swing into a precise physical motion on 3-D video. It defines the kinematic sequence, which Grissett believes is one of the main measuring sticks for game improvement. Just as golfers can customize their instructional programs, they can do the same for clubfitting.
