Tour players often say that they just want an opportunity to win. You can apply that desire and strategy to your own game: a chance to break 90, make a par or go for the green. To increase your chances, you must develop trust. Here’s how: 1) Ask an instructor to help with specific shots you want to improve. 2) Increase your strength and flexibility through exercise. 3) Check out your equipment to see if it’s right for you. 4) Practice in order to develop trust on shots you find difficult. 5) Maintain a positive attitude and visualize what you want to accomplish. 6) Stay loose and avoid tension by following a pre-shot routine.
