The American Junior Golf Association, in part with the San Diego County Junior Golf Association, will host a seminar on junior golf at the Golf Academy of America's San Diego campus on Saturday, June 19 at 1 p.m. The seminar will provide parents and players information on competitive, local and national junior golf. The AJGA and the SDJGA also will provide information about opportunities for young junior golfers. Local, regional, state and national golf tournaments will be discussed with a focus on achieving a college golf scholarship. Incoming USC freshman Rachel Morris, her father Thomas Morris, and former UCLA player and USC men’s head coach Ted Gleason will provide their perspective on junior golf and the college recruiting process.
