The SCGA Foundation Youth on Course program, supported by the Southern California Golf Association, creates affordable access to golf for youth by establishing $1-$5 green and range fees at local golf facilities. Participants become certified upon completion of four online quizzes that include golf rules, etiquette and Life Skills.
