Last year: Jerod Turner shot 68-66-66-69-269 to win by two strokes over Derek Lamely. The $180,000 first-place check catapulted Turner from 150th on the money list to 17th. Local favorites Rickie Fowler, who earned his first professional paycheck at the Classic with his 31st-place finish, and Brendan Steele, who finished eighth, drew the biggest crowds. Tickets: $5, daily grounds; $15, preferred weekly clubhouse; $40, V.I.P. daily clubhouse; $75, V.I.P. weekly clubhouse; $125, 10-pack of preferred weekly clubhouse and grounds tickets ($25 savings). Children under age 12 are admitted free with a ticketed adult. U.S. military members and college students are admitted free with valid identification. Proceeds from non-V.I.P. tickets purchased online go to charity thanks to the Tickets Fore Charity program.
