Southland Golf's third annual Summer Classic Presented by Golf Buddy was held at Hacienda Golf Club in La Habra Heights on Monday, August 30. The relaxing, non-competitive day of golf brought together 144 players from around Southern California. Prizes, delicious food and a strong sense of camaraderie highlighted the day at one of the region's most renowned private facilities. On behalf of Southland Golf and Hacienda, thank you to all of those who participated! Special thanks to sponsor Golf Buddy for their support and providing complimentary usage of their new World Platinum rangefinders for players during their rounds. Southland Golf routinely hosts outings open to the public at some of the top private courses in Southern California. Two will be held in November — the third annual Fall Classic at California Country Club in Whittier on Monday, November 1, and the Inland Empire Classic at Vellano Country Club in Chino Hills on Monday, November 15.
