Three Southern California juniors finish strong at AJGA events

Ree travels to Mexico to compete in event.

Kevin Lee (Cerritos), Lilia Vu (Fountain Valley) and Robynn Ree (Redondo Beach) finished strong in two different American Junior Golf Association events this month.

Lee and Vu competed in the PING Phoenix Junior event held at Moon Valley Country Club in Phoenix, Ariz. Lee tied for third with Nathan Weant, posting a 4-under-par 216 and Vu  placed third, posting a 2-over-par 218.

At the AJGA Mexican Golf Federation Junior Open held at the El Tigre Golf and Country Club at Riviera Nayarit in Nuevo Vallarta, Narayit, Mexico, Ree took the third spot posting a 12-over-par 228, finishing two strokes out of first.
