With the all-new Birdie Savings Card from Worldwide Golf Shops, you can save hundreds of dollars just by spending a few dollars. The Birdie Savings Card is not your typical customer reward program. For $29.95, golfers can purchase two rounds of golf at 40 percent off the rack rate at roughly 20 courses across Southern California, including San Juan Hills Golf Club, Sycuan Resort and Los Serranos Golf and Country Club (valid Monday through Thursday). A Birdie-PLUS Savings Card costs $49.95 and allows golfers to buy two discounted green fees at the aforementioned courses along with a host of other top-tier public facilities, including Coyote Hills Golf Course, SilverRock Resort, Robinson Ranch and more. For another $40, golfers can obtain or renew an SCGA handicap. Both regular and PLUS cardholders will earn a $10 gift card valid at all Roger Dunn Golf Shops and Golf Mart stores (with a purchase of $50 or more) and also will have their names entered into a monthly drawing for free prizes. “If someone takes advantage of this great program, the cost savings are immense, particularly with the Birdie-PLUS card, which gives discounts at more than 30 courses throughout Southern California,” said John Phipps, director of marketing for Worldwide Golf, which owns and operates Roger Dunn Golf Shops and Golf Mart stores.
