Half a Banana
Drizzle Grenadine on Whipped Cream

Hawaiian Margarita Blend
1 oz. Jose Cuervo Tequila
1 oz. Lilikoi (Passion Fruit) Concentrate
3 Wedges of Pineapple
Rim with Red Li Hing Mui Powder

Haupia Blend
1 oz. White Crème de Cacao
1 oz. Malibu Rum
1 oz. Coco Lopez Syrup
1 oz. Smoothie Mix
Lava Pit

Strawberry Puree Blend
2 oz. Captain Morgan Rum
Mango puree
Pour onto Strawberry Puree

Mac Nut Martini
1 oz. Macadamia Nut Liqueur
2 oz. Absolut Vanilla Vodka
Garnish with Donkey Ball (Chocolate covered Macadamia Nuts)

Clipper-Tini
3 oz. Belvedere Vodka
1 oz. Passion Fruit Concentrate
Shake with ice into a Martini glass
Garnish with Pineapple infused with Vodka
