One of our favorite holes at Industry Hills Golf Club in the City of Industry is the third on the Babe Course.
It's a 391-yard par 4 that requires skill and patience.
The hole doglegs sharply to the right, but forget about trying to cut the corner — a watery grave lurks around the bend.
The smart play is down the middle of the fairway off the tee and a conservative approach to a contoured green guarded by water, palms and out-of-bounds stakes.
It's one of the prettiest holes at Industry Hills — and one most challenging.
