With a view overlooking Trump National Los Angeles Golf Course and the Pacific Ocean, the Trump Estates in Rancho Palos Verdes are the Southland’s newest luxury homes. The first five lots are under construction and will be available to the public late this year. An additional 36 custom-designed homes, ranging from $5 million to $15 million, will be built following the initial phase. Trump has assured potential buyers that the land is safe from landslides, like the one that put the 18th fairway into the Pacific Ocean in 1999. “I rebuilt and reinforced the land as if it was a building,” Trump said. “This is the safest place in California.” Although a golf membership is not included with the purchase of an estate, a personal concierge will be on call 24 hours a day for homeowners. |
